We are Eila & Michael Alejandro from Chingon Tex Mex Barbeque located in Crystal Lake, Illinois. We offer the best authentic Mexican food and smoked barbeque available in our area. Starting from backyard parties with family and after joining the Marines and traveling all over the world tasting different food for the last 30 years I was inspired to perfect the art of smoking meats. Chingon’s meats are smoked for 18 – 20 hours and *everything* we make in our kitchen is fresh. Come on down to Chingon’s for a great margarita, a full bar and of course great food!
